Like your shopping experience, our return and refund policy is meant to be straightforward, equitable, and hassle-free if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Simple Returns
Only under certain circumstances do we accept returns:
The product you received was wrong, damaged, or flawed.
The product needs to be undamaged, unused, and in its original packing with all labels and tags still attached.
After receiving your order, you have seven days to request a refund.

Provide your Order ID, product images, and a brief explanation of the problem.
Within 24 to 48 hours, our staff will verify and confirm your return.
2. The Pickup and Return Procedure
If our courier partner is available in your area, we will set up a reverse pickup.
We’ll let you know the closest return address and walk you through the procedure if reverse pickup isn’t possible.
To prevent damage during return shipping, please make sure the goods is wrapped securely.
3. Refunds
After we receive and examine the item you returned:
Within five to seven business days, refunds are started.
Your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank account) will receive the reimbursement.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be credited to your bank account following verification.
After your refund is completed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
4. Exchanges.
If an alternative design or color is available, you can swap your saree for it.
Additionally, requests for exchanges must be submitted within seven days of delivery.
You will pay or get the remaining amount if the price of the new item varies.
5. Non-Refundable Products
These items cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic and personalization concerns:
Sarees with bespoke tailoring, blouse stitching, or fall and pico
Items on sale or at a discount
Accessories (blouses, petticoats, etc.)
6. Cancellations of Orders
After placing your order, you have 12 hours to cancel it.
Orders cannot be canceled after they are packed or dispatched.
7. Crucial Notes
Color variation: Lighting or screen settings may cause a slight shade change, but this won’t be considered a flaw.
Product damage: Please record a video or snap a picture while unpacking your item and send it to us right away if it is clearly damaged.
Refunds are only processed once the returned item has passed quality inspections.
